Position: Marketing Specialist
Reports to: Kelsey Fish, Sr. Business Development and Marketing Operations Manager
Location: Quincy, MA
Job Class: Exempt
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies to build brand awareness and engage both the company’s customer base for business development initiatives and potential talent for internal employee engagement objectives. Projects will include work with the company’s website/blog, press releases, social media accounts, advertisements, video creation, materials/promotional items, and event planning. This person will implement and execute a branding strategy, identify trends, and determine improvements while supporting the business cross-functionally.
