PharmaLogics is on a winning streak! In the past few months we were on the Inc. 5000 list and named a finalist for the Stevie Awards and BostInno’s 50 on Fire. This would not have been possible without the support of all of our clients, candidates, and employees! We are so grateful to work with some of the greatest and most talented people in the industry! Thank you everyone!
Inc. Magazine recently named PharmaLogics Recruiting one of America’s fastest-growing private companies in 2015. This marks the second year in a row PharmaLogics has been on the prestigious Inc. 5000 ranking. We are thrilled to be one the same list with some of the nation’s most successful private companies. My dad is an engineer, analytical and precise in every way. Growing up, whenever I went to him with a problem, his fix-all phrase would be, “It’s the little things that matter.” As I sit here now contemplating all that I have learned in the last 17 years of recruiting in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry, that phrase pretty much sums it all up. Companies don’t need the best lab equipment money can buy or to offer free lunch and lattes at […]
Wednesday morning Megan and her whole family traveled from Madrid to Munich. Since the minute they all stepped foot in Germany they’ve had a good time! Everyone has been indulging and enjoying the typical German fare. On Thursday Megan had the day off so everyone traveled to Neuschwanstein Castle. Friday will be busy for Megan, she has two big meetings. Stay tuned! Remember to follow her blog! http://familybdtrip.blogspot.com
In life there are sweet moments and there are not so sweet moments; in the last two days Megan has had one of each. Monday for the most part was a day off for Megan. Other than preparing for her meetings she didn’t have a lot of Pharmalogics business on her plate so she took the time to intellectually enlighten Maddy and Bailey at some of Spain’s most precious spaces. They visited the Reina Sofia Museaum of Modern Art, Retiro […]
How Megan manages to lead business development efforts in Europe, plan daily activities for her family and actively go out to meetings at some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies I may never know. One thing I know for sure is she must be a little insane or just insanely driven. Regardless, on Friday Pharmalogics Executive Recruiter/BD Manager Trevor, finally met up with Megan in Paris. Trevor’s in Paris on vacation visiting his girlfriend Camille who lives in […]
Today Megan visited Lonza for a couple of meetings. She had a successful meeting with the Global Head of Staffing. He had wonderful advice as to building an office in Basel. After their meeting Megan spent some time looking at potential office space and walking around the city. As result of her travels around Basel she has decided to do a write up about living and working in Basel. This will be wonderful as more and more projects develop in Basel as recruiters […]
After melting through the heat of the weekend in Basel, Monday morning brought a sweet reprieve for Megan Driscoll; Monday signaled the start of BD meetings in Basel. First thing in the morning Megan and Eric prepared Maddy and Bailey for their first day of European Football camp. Then shortly after the kids were dropped off at camp Megan visited Novartis for a few business meetings. According to Megan, the Novartis campus in Basel is just breathtaking. The campus consists […]
